• You are solely responsible for any content you add or stream using the App.

You may not attempt to extract the source code, reverse engineer, or modify the App in any way. All intellectual property related to the App belongs to its creators.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including data loss or unauthorized access.

6. Subscription Terms

IPTV Smarter Player TV offers a freemium experience with optional subscriptions:

• Lifetime: $19.99

Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer

IPTV Smarter Player TV does not endorse the streaming of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
